You'll have access to your courses for a full year from the date that your subscription is live. Watch the modules as often as you like, at your own pace, and revisit them whenever you need a refresher. We'll email you every time we add new content or updates.

This course is designed for women in perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. If you’re not there yet, you’ll gain valuable knowledge to prepare for what’s ahead and protect your long-term health.

No. This course is for education only and doesn’t replace individualized medical care. The information provided is intended to give you the language, knowledge, and confidence to have better conversations with your healthcare provider.

From the date of your subscription, you have a full year's access to all of the content, and the course is entirely self-paced. You can take it module-by-module whenever it works for your schedule, and return to the content as often as you need or want.

Menopause affects every woman differently, and this course covers both the expected and lesser-known changes. Even if your symptoms are mild now, you’ll gain clarity, prevention strategies, and tools to support your future health.
